All Registered Migration Agent of Australia provides with unique Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN). Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN) could be verified by visiting the Migration Agent Registration Authority website https://www.mara.gov.au

With or without MARN number, you can find an agent’s registration status by using their business location, business name, person's name on the same website.

The Office of the MARA also provides information regarding agents who have been cautioned, suspended, cancelled, a list of former agents whose registration has expired and a list of people who have recently applied for registration.

Your application processing time usually depends on but not limited to the class of visa, where did you apply, poor supporting documents and presentation, quality of application made.

Application processing could be delayed due to but not limited to applicants Health issues, criminal or security clearance, Department requires further documents, Department's workload, application backlogs, priority processing, staffing issues and soon.

Departmen update the visa processing times monthly on their website but it never reflects on individual applications.

If you apply for work or migrating to Australia, you might pass the point test. Points issued depending on your age, skills, English language ability, work experience, education qualification, study, occupation, partner skills and so on.

For point tested visa subclass, you need to pass the point test to be eligible for visa application.

Each visa granted with some conditions attached to it, which should be abiding by the visa holder. Visa conditions varied depending on a range of criteria such as visa subclass, subclass stream, country of origin and so on.
